  1. Distance – which gym is nearest to you as I’m sure this is going to play a BIG factor when deciding which gym to go to. Who wants to be travelling 30Min’s each way just to get to the gym?
  2. Facilities – some gym’s offer basic facilities with such as Cardiovascular equipment and a weights section. Other offer a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and recovery therapy, the top gym’s will also offer such facilities as tennis & squash courts, massage rooms, tanning rooms and many others too.
  3. Setting – Relaxing setting in the heart of the countryside or a gym local and convenient in the town?
